Exclusive Interview with Kannywood Star Fati Muhammad: Career, Marriage, Politics, and Life Beyond Fame

Today, the page is full of a famous actress who is famous for her work in the Hausa film industry, Kannywood, namely, FATI MUHAMMAD, where she answered the readers’ questions and gave them answers about the rumors that some people have been spreading about her. And also some information related to her life.

Between the film industry and politics, which do you think has brought you more progress in your life now?

It is a lie, the answer is whether I say it or not, the readers will answer. There is nothing that has brought you progress like film, it is the reason why I have successfully entered politics. If the world does not know me today if I did not enter film, then I have nothing to blame them for politics. I have nothing beyond film, the talk that I have until the end of the world tomorrow I will cover my face and wear a niqab but when people hear my voice they will say Fati Muhammad, where did they know Fati Muhammad? in film.

In the Kannywood industry, if you were to choose three people, who would you choose, and why?

What I have never said in the press today, I will say, first of all, Ali Nuhu, he is a man who we started the ‘industry’ with, I always say, there are his good qualities and good qualities, people give him a bad impression that they see from afar and do not know him. He is a compassionate man, who in life when he sees you in trouble, he tries his best to get you out or if he does not give you 100%, then it should be even 60% or 70%, then you see, any person who will do this to you in life is your loved one. Ali Nuhu is a good man and I am proud of him.

The second man is Dauda Kahutu Rarara, the leader of the country of musicians, he is also a good man who between me and him is always a blessing, he helped my life or I say he is with the help of God to increase his intelligence and glory.

Then the third Ali Isah Jita, he is actually my brother since he is my ex-husband’s brother, I will call him my brother-in-law, Ali Jita himself has played a significant role in my life in the situation where I found myself being one of these three people cooking for me. God brought me together with them and they are not the only ones I know in the industry.

Is Ali Jita related to the ex-husband you married?

Yes, he is the brother of my ex-husband who I married a second time, Umar Kanu, they are the same mother and father. And I have a very good relationship with Ali Isah Jita.

Speaking of marriage, do you have any plans to get married again or not, and what kind of man do you want to marry again?

[Laughter] Wow! Of course, marriage gave birth to me, I am still not over forty years old in this world, I would like to get married and have my own children, I see them very much in front of me.

Even now, God has brought a husband and God has made my portion, I will marry because he is the honor of a daughter. All your beauty, all your power, all your dignity, everything you boast about, your honor is in the husband’s house.

Therefore, it is just a test and destiny that God has placed on me, and God has made me pass this test every time I say it. The husband I want to marry is a God-fearing man who is pious, whom God has made to have mercy on me and if I do wrong, he will tell me that this is what you did wrong and correct it, then he is the husband I want to marry.

What kind of food and drink do you like best?

I like Tuwo, especially Tuwo Kuka soup, whether it is night or day, I will eat it. My favorite drink is water.

What kind of clothes do you like to wear?

I like to wear Abaya because it is more comfortable to wear, you don’t have to tie a piece of cardboard, I just put on a veil. And I like to wear Atamfa.

What advice would you give to those who are trying to get into the film industry?

I always tell them to know with what heart they will enter the industry, since it is a profession. We took it as a profession and we are still proud of it, if you know the profession you will come to then know with the heart that you will come to what is good, then you will see that you have achieved what you did not think.

And advice especially to women when you come in, hold your dignity and your profession with both hands, hold on to trust, respect your parents, know that your father’s orders will lead you into the industry as well.

Is there any advice you would give to other actors who are currently playing a role in the Kannywood industry?

The advice I would give them is to first know the dignity of the future, and know the value of the future, fulfill your promise.

If you are called to a location, make sure you arrive on time, no matter the director, producer, or actors, especially your parents who gave birth to you or those who did not give birth to you, if they have already come to this industry, do not show them respect and honor.

It is said, “follow the next – follow Allah” you also want to be respected, this can increase your dignity and honor, and gain respect.

Is there any message you have for the rest of the community, even your fans?

Kannywood industry people, men and women, I want the industry to be held in high esteem as I said before, you know what you are doing, and the industry should be further improved and cleaned up 100 percent, those who are corrupt in the industry should be thrown out and thrown away.

The industry should be improved a lot, Hausa film has gone where it was not thought, by God, everyone who joins the film industry is a talent because it is not knowledge, it is a talent, someone with all their knowledge if you put a camera on him cannot do what we do.

And my beloved ones, I am grateful to see your messages, when I talk to Fati Muhammad, how you show your prayers and wish for the well-being of men and women, adults and children, by God, I have nothing to repay you with except wishing for the well-being.

I am very happy and I am happy that God has left me with you. The same prayer that you have made for me, I will not stop saying, stop praying for me, may God the Lord grant me a good husband who will hold me, hold my evening, I covered myself secretly and died in my clothes.

I always hope for this prayer from you and I pray to God that you do not take the life of Fati Muhammad except in the home of a husband who is a son of the honor of the Prophet, I have this hope and this prayer.

Greet five people.

First, I will start with my best friend Abida Muhammad, then Maijidda Abdulkadir, she is also a friend since we did Mujadala together, then Aunty Saima Muhammad, this is our sister, but I have to greet her, then Mansura Isah, and then Maryam Jankunne. It is not that I did not do the rest with them, but what was required and there are many.

We are very grateful

I also thank you.
